Ciara Halloran

Born in South Africa and based in the United States, Ciara brings a dual-market perspective shaped by leadership within one of the world’s most structured and technologically advanced MLS environments. Her experience with large-scale MLS governance, standardized data systems, compliance frameworks, and technology integration positions her to contribute meaningfully to marketplace modernization and structured MLS development across African jurisdictions. Ciara currently serves as Vice President and President-Elect of the Centre County Association of REALTORS® and as Director of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®. She is a multi-term member of the National Association of REALTORS® Global Business and Alliances Committee and served in 2025 as a Board of Advisory Member for the International MLS Forum.
