MLSLeader has been a strong voice for modern MLS standards based on Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) protocols in Europe, with a clear focus on collaboration, professionalism, and data-driven market practices. Their work has also been recognized internationally for advancing standards and innovation in the MLS ecosystem and they won the award for standards at the International MLS Forum in Milan.

✅ Federated by design: the source node remains authoritative
✅ Local rules, attribution, and display requirements are preserved

• who receives access to their data (audience)
• what platform/MLS Software they use
• what filters/guardrails apply on each collaboration
• whether any “extra feed type” requires a separate agreement
